These policies are intended to be read in conjunction with applicable laws of India, including (as amended from time to time) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as well as any other sector-specific regulations that may apply. 1. Purpose and Scope

This Social Network Policy describes the rules governing your use of Koovira's social and community features, including but not limited to chats, comments, posts, groups, connections, follows, reactions and other interactive functionalities (collectively, "Social Features"). These Social Features are provided to foster community engagement while protecting Koovira, TRISHARA VENTURES LLP, and other users from harm and misuse.

2. Responsible Social Interactions

You agree to use Social Features in a responsible, courteous and lawful manner. In particular, you agree to:

• treat other users with respect, even when disagreeing with their views or content;
• refrain from personal attacks, harassment or threats;
• respect privacy and confidentiality and not disclose another person's personal or sensitive information without appropriate consent; and
• comply with all applicable laws of India, including those relating to obscenity, defamation, hate speech and public order.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Without limiting the general obligations above, you agree not to use Social Features to:

• harass, bully, stalk, threaten or otherwise cause distress or discomfort to any person;
• post or share content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative of children, or otherwise unlawful under Indian law;
• promote or incite violence, self-harm, terrorism, extremism or hatred against individuals or groups based on religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or other protected characteristics;
• impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• send spam, unsolicited advertisements, phishing messages, chain letters, or other bulk communications;
• distribute malware, spyware, ransomware or any other malicious code;
• facilitate or solicit illegal activities, including prohibited transactions, scams or exploitative schemes.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You remain responsible for all content you share through Social Features. Koovira does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content and may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review such content. You agree that your posts, comments and communications will not violate the rights of Koovira, TRISHARA VENTURES LLP, other users or third parties.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Koovira reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict any content, and to suspend or terminate your access to Social Features, where we believe you have violated this Policy, applicable law or other Koovira policies. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may also report such activity to relevant authorities, consistent with our legal obligations.

Note: This Social Network Policy is a general template favouring Koovira and TRISHARA VENTURES LLP by clarifying broad user responsibilities and giving Koovira wide discretion to moderate social interactions. It should be reviewed and tailored by qualified legal counsel licensed in India to address specific product features and regulatory guidance.
