1. Moderation of Reviews

Koovira may review and moderate reviews and ratings to ensure compliance with applicable law, the Community Guidelines, the Review & Rating Policy, these Review Moderation & Fair Use standards and other Koovira policies. We reserve the right to remove, edit or restrict reviews at our discretion where necessary to protect Koovira, TRISHARA VENTURES LLP, Partners and users.

2. Grounds for Removal or Editing

Reviews may be removed, edited or restricted if they:

  • contain illegal, obscene, hateful, harassing or threatening content;
  • include confidential, sensitive or personally identifiable information of third parties without consent;
  • are demonstrably false, malicious or part of a coordinated effort to unfairly harm or promote a listing, business or individual; or
  • constitute spam or are otherwise unrelated to a genuine user experience.

3. Notice and Appeals

Where feasible, Koovira may notify users when their reviews are moderated due to policy violations and may provide limited mechanisms for appeal, subject to technical, legal and operational constraints.
