3. Redemption and Expiry

  • Rewards may typically be redeemable only on eligible products or services offered on Koovira and are not intended to be converted into cash, unless explicitly stated or required by law.
  • Koovira may set validity periods or expiry dates for Rewards, and such details will be disclosed in programme terms or account views.
