Agent & builder pageKoovira is a digital intermediary, not a broker or a developer, and does not verify every property or transaction.
No. Search and full property detail pages are public. Contacting an owner, negotiating, shortlisting, scheduling a visit or raising a dispute all need a free account.
Not for buyers, tenants or owners. Searching, enquiring, negotiating and even posting your own property are all free. Brokers and developers pay a per-lead fee to unlock an enquiry's contact details.
It means a Koovira administrator has flagged that listing, and the flag also lifts it in search ranking. It does not mean an automated ownership, title or RERA check has been run — no such check exists. Koovira may ask for ownership documents but is not obliged to independently verify all of them, and the real-estate policy says plainly that not every property or transaction is verified.

You file one with a type, subject, description, priority and the other party. It is given a reference number and a status, and goes into a resolution queue.
No. Unlike classifieds, real-estate posting has no credit gate and no monthly quota — the publish action carries no charge at all. It does require a phone OTP before it goes live.
Indian real estate search is full of duplicate listings, outdated prices, fake photos, unclear ownership and broker noise.
