Plan Real Trips Around Your Budget & Time

Budget-first travel planning

Plan trips around budget, time and local reality.

Indian trips are often planned across chats, maps, hotel apps, train/flight searches and random reels.

Tools inside Trip Planner

A plan built from businesses that actually exist.

Trip Planner needs an account throughout — a trip saves to your records and can book real rooms and vehicles. Planning itself is free.

Nine-step wizard

Intent, destination and dates, people and comfort, budget, transport, stay, food and nightlife, experiences, then review.

Structured, instead of a blank page and a browser full of tabs.

Plan a trip Needs an account

Budget split control

Set the split across stay, transport, food and experiences — it starts at 40/25/20/15 and you change it.

Budget is the constraint, so it comes before the itinerary.

Needs an account

Diet and interest tagging

Veg, Jain, vegan or non-veg, plus interests like temple darshan or guided tours, which steer the plan.

Pilgrimage and Jain-veg trips are planned properly, not adapted.

Needs an account

Real partner inventory

Suggestions are queried live from real hotels, real vehicle operators and real restaurants in your destination, filtered by budget, party size and diet.

Bookable businesses, not stock descriptions.

Needs an account

AI day-by-day itinerary

Koovira's own Bramha engine builds the day-wise plan; if it cannot, a deterministic itinerary is built from the city, the duration and your hotel instead.

You never get handed an empty plan.

Needs an account

Compare whole plans

Two or three complete plans side by side with an estimated cost, hotels, vehicle with or without a driver, dining and the timeline.

Compare the trip, not one hotel at a time.

Needs an account

Save without booking

Keep a plan for later without committing to anything.

Plan now, decide later.

My trips Needs an account

Book, or just request

Booking runs the real hotel and vehicle bookings and confirms the trip; requesting leaves it as a draft enquiry and touches nothing.

One action books the stay and the ride together.

Needs an account

Share with collaborators

Add other Koovira users to a trip, see who has access and when it was shared, and remove them. They can leave too.

Group trips stay in sync without a screenshot.

Shared with me Needs an account

Cancellation quote first

Before you cancel, you are shown the exact fee percentage and the exact refund.

You decide knowing the number, not after.

Needs an account

Cancel with wallet refund

Cancelling cancels the trip and its underlying items and credits the refund back to your wallet, with the refund transaction recorded.

The money comes back on its own.

Trip manager tabs

Separate views for your trips, your saved ideas and trips shared with you.

Ideas and commitments are not the same list.

Trip manager Needs an account

Trip vehicles are booked as local hire. Intercity travel exists as its own flow inside RideMate, but the trip planner does not currently parameterise it — worth knowing before you plan a long-distance trip around it.

StayGo hotels

Real properties, and booking a trip creates the actual hotel booking.

RideMate

Real vehicle operators, booked alongside the stay. Trip vehicles are booked as local hire.

FoodVerse

Dining suggested from real restaurants in your destination city.

Koovira Wallet

Booking debits your wallet; cancelling credits the refund back to it.

Pricing

Planning is free. Only booking spends anything.

There is no Trip Planner fee, no plan limit and no membership gate. Koovira adds no markup to a trip — the estimated cost is the sum of the underlying hotel and vehicle costs.

If you cancel

5% / 8% / 12%by how close to departure you are

The one trip-specific charge, on a fixed published tier.

  • 5% if you cancel more than 3 days before the trip
  • 8% between 3 days and 10 hours before
  • 12% within 10 hours of the start
  • The rest is refunded to your wallet automatically
  • You see the exact fee and refund before confirming

Booked hotel legs are also subject to that property's own cancellation policy.

These three percentages are fixed in the trip code, which is why this page can quote them exactly. Most other Koovira rates are administrative settings and are not quoted anywhere on these pages.

Questions

What travellers ask.

Do I need an account?

Yes, for all of it. Every trip page requires login, because a trip saves to your records and can create real bookings.

Does planning cost anything?

No. There is no fee, no limit on how many trips you plan, and no membership gate anywhere in the wizard or the suggestions.

Are the suggestions real businesses?

Yes. Hotels, vehicle operators and restaurants are queried live from Koovira's own records, filtered to your city, budget and party size. They are bookable, not illustrative.

Is the itinerary written by AI?

Yes, by Koovira's own Bramha engine. No third-party AI is called. If it returns nothing usable, a deterministic itinerary is built from your city, duration and hotel instead — so you are never handed an empty plan.

Can I plan without booking?

Yes, two ways. Save the plan, or submit it as a request, which leaves it as a draft and does not touch your wallet.

How do I pay if I do book?

From your Koovira wallet, and only once both the hotel and the vehicle handshakes confirm. If either fails the trip stays a draft rather than half-booking you.

What does cancelling cost?

5% if you cancel more than three days out, 8% between three days and ten hours, and 12% inside ten hours. The rest goes back to your wallet automatically — and you are shown the exact fee and refund before you confirm.

Who can see my trip?

Only you, plus Koovira users you explicitly share it with. They can leave, and you can revoke their access.

Does the planner book intercity travel?

Not as such. Trip vehicles are booked as local hire — intercity is its own flow inside RideMate and the planner does not currently pass it through. Worth knowing before planning a long-distance trip around it.

Does it check the weather?

No. There is no weather data in the trip planner today, so it is not going to warn you about monsoon.

Is there a limit on booking?

There is rate limiting — five bookings in a sixty-second window, then a cooldown. You will not hit it planning an actual holiday.
