Why Koovira uses ratings and endorsements

People need to know who they can trust before buying, booking, hiring or meeting. Merchants need genuine feedback, not paid manipulation. Job seekers, property buyers, students and travellers all need signals tied to real, moderated experience.

What you can rate or endorse

People and profiles, services, hotels, restaurants and food, properties, builders/agents/owners, employers, colleges and institutes, stores and shops, products and brands, cities and places, events, and freelancers or gigs.

Quality rules for honest feedback

Good feedback is based on real experience, specific and useful, respectful, evidence-supported where needed, free from hate, abuse or personal data — and never paid, fake, spam or revenge-based.

Endorse Credits — with safeguards

You can earn Endorse Credits for genuine endorsements, but they are subject to abuse checks, duplicate checks, moderation and quality rules. Fake, spam, paid, coordinated or misleading endorsements may be rejected and may reduce your Koovira Credit Points.

Report, respond and appeal

If you believe a review or endorsement is fake, abusive or misleading, you can report it. Koovira may ask both sides for proof and may hide, reject, publish or moderate the content based on policy. Rated entities can respond and submit evidence.

Anonymity, explained honestly

Posting anonymously means your name is hidden publicly. Koovira may still retain internal identity for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance and moderation — so anonymous feedback can never be used to hide abuse.
