What are Koovira Credits?
Platform-linked credits usable for eligible Koovira services, promotions, rewards and transactions. Some credits work only inside Koovira; some balances may be withdrawable when policy, KYC and settlement rules allow.
Where can you use them?
Depending on eligibility and module rules:
- Promotions and visibility campaigns
- Eligible platform services and features
- Rewards from referral and monetization programs
- Order and transaction flows where allowed by policy
Credits vs Credit Points
Credits relate to wallet balance and transactions. Credit Points are reward points earned through genuine activity — verified referrals, quality participation. Each follows its own campaign and policy rules.
Holds, refunds and reversals
A hold is your money being careful — it protects active orders, disputes and pending verifications, and releases according to order status and policy. Rewards from fake or abusive activity may be reversed.
KYC and withdrawals
Where withdrawal is supported, it needs completed KYC and follows settlement rules. Platform-only credits stay inside Koovira.
Keep your wallet yours
Never share your password or OTP. Koovira support will never ask you to transfer credits or pay outside the platform — anyone who does is not Koovira.
