Secure receiving link
A one-off tokenised link for the delivery, rate-limited to ten views in two minutes.
Only whoever holds the link can act on the delivery.
This module is about receiving. Creating and dispatching shipments is a seller tool and lives on the delivery-partner page instead.

Only whoever holds the link can act on the delivery.
A code generated for the delivery, which the courier has to verify from you at handover.
Nobody else can sign for your parcel.
Wrong attempts are counted, the code expires, and the handover locks after repeated failures.
Guessing the code does not work.
Nominate someone else to receive on your behalf.
The parcel still arrives when you are at work.
Start and complete an unboxing against the order, inside a time window set when it is delivered.
A wrong or damaged item becomes provable, not arguable.
Video evidence stored against the order itself.
Video beats a description of what you saw.
The delivery events are recorded as an evidence trail rather than a status word.
Support argues from facts.

You are not refreshing a courier site.
The logistics-level view of the shipment behind the order.
The detail, when the summary is not enough.
Sending parcels, configuring courier partners and creating shipments are seller tools. If that is what you came for, the delivery-partner page is the right one.
Koovira connects courier shipments to orders, secure receiving, evidence and support trails so merchants and customers can rely on the delivery lifecycle.
Webhook-delivered should not bypass secure receiving and unboxing policies.
Without logs and evidence, delivery disputes become opinion-based.
Delayed or fake attempts need visibility and accountability.
Users must be warned against off-platform payment/refund/courier tricks.
There is no consumer courier product to buy here, so there is no rate card to print. Delivery charges belong to the order you placed, not to this module.

The receiving link itself works without logging in; your full order does not.

What you pay for delivery is part of the order you placed with the seller.
Governed by the Koovira shipping and delivery policy.
Nobody from Koovira or a courier will ask you to pay a delivery, customs or refund fee over a phone call, a link or a UPI request. Anything that happens off-platform is not us.
Not as a consumer, no. Creating and dispatching shipments is a seller and delivery-partner tool. This module is the receiving side of orders you have placed — and that is what this page describes rather than implying a parcel-booking service that does not exist.
No. The receiving link is tokenised, so holding a valid link is enough. Seeing your full order details and running an unboxing does need your account.
A delivery OTP is generated for the handover and the courier verifies it against you. Wrong attempts are counted and the code expires, so it cannot be guessed.
Nominate an authorised receiver. They can accept on your behalf without you handing over your account.
Start the unboxing against the order inside its window and record it, video included. That evidence is stored on the order and is what a claim rests on.
The unboxing has a due time set when the delivery lands. It is deliberately not open-ended — the point is a record made at the moment of opening.
A delivery status coming in from a courier does not bypass your OTP and unboxing. The mismatch between "marked delivered" and "no OTP verified" is exactly what the evidence trail is for. Raise it against the order.
A re-delivery after a failed attempt may carry an additional fee under the shipping and delivery policy. That sits on the order, not on this module.
No. Nobody legitimate will ask you to pay, refund, or arrange re-delivery over a phone call, a link or a UPI request. Everything real happens on your order inside Koovira.
The delivery-partner page. Shipment creation, courier partner configuration and service areas are all seller tools, and sending you here would waste your time.
Courier delivery fails when tracking is hidden, accountability is unclear, and scams push customers off-platform.
