What is actually in here.

Browsing is open. Everything that involves other members — joining a campus, messaging a mentor, appearing in the directory — sits behind a verified campus role, which is how the network stays worth being in.

Institute directory

Search and browse the institutes already on Koovira, with the campus groups each one runs.

Find your college before you commit to an account.

Campus role verification

Submit your institute, role, course, department and batch year. A reviewer verifies it before it counts.

Everyone you meet has been checked against a real institute.

Needs an account

Campus groups

Home, department, batch, alumni, club, placement and community groups, owned by the institute.

Reach your batch or your department, not the whole college.

Needs an account

Campus feed

Posts from your institute and the campus groups you belong to, in one place.

Campus news that is actually from your campus.

Needs an account

Alumni directory

Verified alumni with department, course, batch year and a mentor badge where they have opted in.

Find the senior who took the path you are considering.

Needs an account

Mentor opt-in

Alumni flag themselves as mentors and set the topics they will help with and how they prefer to be contacted.

Nobody is volunteered — mentors choose to be listed.

Needs an account

Mentorship requests

Structured requests across career, startup, skills, interview, academic and project guidance.

A real ask, routed to someone who offered to answer it.

Needs an account

Student support requests

Ask for internship help, a resume review, a mock interview, project guidance, certificate support, laptop or books, fee support, or placement guidance.

The asks students actually have, with a place to put them.

Needs an account

Institute admin claim

A college claims its own page and becomes the owner of its campus groups and verifications.

The institute controls its own presence.

Needs an account

Moderation

Mentorship and support requests carry a moderation state and are reviewed before they circulate.

A network that stays usable rather than becoming a noticeboard.

Needs an account

The Jobs, Events and Marketplace tabs inside a campus are shortcuts into Koovira's main jobs, events and classifieds modules, pre-filled with your institute and city. They are not a separate campus-only job board.

Why people need this in India

Less confusion. More trust. A clear next step.

What it does not have is a way to find them once everyone has left. Campus Connect keeps that network addressable: verified members, a real alumni directory, mentors who chose to be listed, and a place to ask for help without posting it publicly.

The network dissolves at graduation

A verified alumni directory keeps your batch, department and institute addressable long after the WhatsApp group goes quiet.

Nobody knows who is willing to help

Alumni opt in as mentors and say what they will help with, so you are asking someone who already said yes.

Asking for help is public and awkward

Mentorship and support requests are structured and moderated, not a post on a wall your whole college can read.

Anyone can claim to be from your college

Campus roles are verified against an institute before they count, and institutes are claimed by their own administrators.

What you can do

Every use case, in one place.

Second-year student with no idea what to specialise in

Finds alumni from their own department who took different paths, and asks one of them.

Final-year student preparing for placements

Requests a mock interview and a resume review from someone who has sat on the other side of that table.

Alumnus who wants to give an hour a month

Opts in as a mentor, names the two topics they will actually help with, and is contacted only about those.

College placement cell

Claims the institute, owns its campus groups, and keeps its verified students and alumni in one addressable place.

For customers

How you get in

Find your institute

Search the directory. If your college is not there yet, it can be added.

Create a free Koovira account

One account across all of Koovira. There is no separate campus signup.

Verify your campus role

Tell us your role, course, department and batch year. A reviewer checks it against the institute.

Join your campus

Your institute groups, feed and alumni directory open up once the role is verified.

Connected to Koovira

Works with the rest of Koovira.

One Koovira account

Your campus role sits on the same account as the rest of Koovira — no second login, no separate profile to maintain.

CareerLab

Students building a verified work record through CareerLab carry it on the same identity.

Alumni & Invest Network

Verified alumni who also run or back companies surface there automatically.

Koovira Jobs & Gigs

Campus tabs deep-link into the main jobs module, pre-filtered to your institute and city.

Pricing

Campus Connect is free.

There is no paid tier, no trial and no upgrade. The gate here is verification, not payment — the network is worth being in because everyone in it has been checked, not because they paid.

Colleges and institutes

Freeno charge to claim or run a campus

Claim your institute and own its presence, groups and verifications.

  • Claim your institute as its administrator
  • Request institute verification
  • Own your campus groups — department, batch, alumni, placement, clubs
  • A verified student and alumni base in one place

The claim is reviewed before administrator rights are granted.

Claim your institute

Support requests include an optional amount field for things like fee support. Koovira does not process, hold or disburse money for these requests — the field records what is being asked for, nothing more.

Questions

What students and colleges ask.

Who can use Campus Connect?

Current students, alumni and faculty of an institute on Koovira, plus the institutes themselves. Your role is verified against a real institute before it counts.

Is registration required?

To browse institutes, no. To join a campus, appear in the alumni directory, contact a mentor or send a request, yes — you need a free Koovira account and a verified campus role.

Is it free?

Yes, entirely. There is no paid tier for students, alumni, faculty or institutes, and no upgrade to sell you.

How do I register?

Create a free Koovira account, then submit your campus role with your institute, course, department and batch year. A reviewer verifies it. If you have filled in a Koovira resume, your institute may already be matched for you.

What happens after I register?

Once your role is verified, your institute's campus groups, feed and alumni directory open up, and you can send mentorship and support requests.

How long does verification take?

It is reviewed by a person rather than granted automatically, so it is not instant. You will be notified when it is done.

I am an alumnus. What do I get?

The alumni directory for your institute, and the choice to list yourself as a mentor with the topics you are willing to help with. You are only contacted about the topics you named.

I run a college. How do we join?

Claim your institute from its page. The claim is reviewed, and once granted you administer your institute's campus groups and verifications.

Can employers post jobs to a campus?

Not today. Campus Connect currently serves students, alumni, faculty and institutes. The Jobs tab inside a campus is a shortcut into Koovira's main jobs module, pre-filtered to your institute and city — it is not a campus-only job board.

Is my information visible to everyone?

Your campus role and directory entry are visible inside your institute's campus, not to the open internet. Mentorship and support requests are moderated rather than posted publicly.

The people from your campus you were always meant to meet.

Your college already contains the mentor you need, the senior who did the internship you want, and the alumnus who would take your call.
