Do I need an account to search?
No. Search, hotel detail pages, the deals page and even the full priced quote all work logged out. Only booking and your own records need an account.
Does Koovira add a fee?
No. There is no Koovira platform fee on a hotel booking — this is a real difference from food orders, where there is one. You pay the property's rate plus the property's GST, less any coupon.
How do I pay?
From your Koovira wallet. The payment method is fixed to wallet on this path, and the money then moves into escrow rather than to the hotel directly.
What can I actually filter by?
City, area or landmark, check-in and check-out, guests and rooms, price range, star rating and property type — sorted nearest-first from your location. There is no filter by purpose such as "near a hospital", so this page does not offer one.
Will the price change at the hotel?
The quote itemises rooms, meal plan, packages, add-ons and GST before you book, so the booking amount is settled up front. Anything you order during the stay is added to your folio, where you can see it.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel until check-in. The refund percentage is the property's own policy — a higher percentage outside its cutoff window, a lower one inside — and some rates are non-refundable. The terms are shown when you reserve.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every booking has an itemised folio and a printable invoice, which is what you need for reimbursement.
Can I ask for something during my stay?
Yes. Raise a service request against your booking with a priority and instructions, and it goes to hotel staff.
Can anyone see my bookings?
No. Your bookings are scoped to your account. Only your post-stay feedback is published.
Who do I complain to if the stay was bad?
Post-stay feedback is the review path, and support handles individual complaints. Note honestly that there is no self-service dispute button for hotels the way there is for events and food orders — that is a gap, not a hidden feature.
