Set for your specific application — Koovira tells you the exact amount before you pay anything, plus GST. There's no single fixed number quoted here because it depends on your application.
A flat 5% of the closed-deal value, charged only when a deal from a lead routed to you as the active TCP actually closes. No deal, no fee.
No. Only one active Trusted Channel Partner can hold a given PIN code at a time. While that partnership is active, new TCP applications for that exact PIN are refused — but you can still work that area as a regular Property Agent.
Apply for a different PIN code, or continue working that area as a regular Property Agent — the exclusivity rule applies only to the TCP role, not to agents in general.
It can be rejected with a stated reason at any point before activation. A rejection does not block you from applying again.
A property enquiry from a PIN code you hold is routed to you automatically. If a PIN has no active Trusted Channel Partner, there is no automatic fallback partner for it.
RealtyVerse search can show a badge naming the active partner for a location, with a "till" date if one was recorded when you were activated.
