These policies are intended to be read in conjunction with applicable laws of India, including (as amended from time to time) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as well as any other sector-specific regulations that may apply. 1. Role of Koovira

Koovira provides search and booking services for hotels, guest houses, homestays and similar accommodations offered by independent establishments ("Accommodation Partners"). Unless explicitly stated, Koovira does not own or operate these properties and acts as an intermediary facilitating bookings between users and Accommodation Partners.

2. Booking Confirmations and Check‑In

• booking confirmations, vouchers or emails issued via Koovira should be presented at the property upon arrival;
• valid government‑issued identification may be required at check‑in, in accordance with applicable laws and property policies;
• properties may have their own house rules (such as check‑in/check‑out times, visitor policies, local ID policies, or rules for unmarried couples) which guests must review and comply with, subject to any applicable legal restrictions.

3. Cancellations, No‑Shows and Refunds

The specific cancellation, no‑show and refund terms for each booking will be displayed at the time of reservation and must be read together with Koovira's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some promotional or last‑minute bookings may be fully or partially non‑refundable.

Failure to show up or comply with key property rules (for example, providing valid ID) may result in the booking being treated as a no‑show, with limited or no refund, depending on the applicable terms and law.
