These policies are intended to be read in conjunction with applicable laws of India, including (as amended from time to time) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as well as any other sector-specific regulations that may apply. 1. Purpose of Reviews and Ratings

Koovira may enable users to submit reviews and ratings of listings, sellers, services, properties, drivers, hotels and other experiences. These reviews and ratings are intended to enhance transparency and help other users make informed decisions. They do not constitute official statements or endorsements by Koovira or TRISHARA VENTURES LLP.

2. Honest and Fair Reviews

  • Reviews must be based on genuine, first‑hand user experiences and must not be fabricated or posted on behalf of others without clear disclosure.
  • Users should not accept payments or incentives to provide falsely positive or negative reviews. Where incentivised reviews are permitted by law, they must be transparently disclosed.

3. Prohibited Review Content

Reviews must comply with our Community Guidelines and applicable Indian law. In particular, reviews must not contain:

  • hate speech, obscene or sexually explicit material;
  • personal data of third parties (e.g. phone numbers, addresses) without consent;
  • defamatory statements or knowingly false allegations;
  • spam, promotional material or links unrelated to the actual experience.

Note: This Review & Rating Policy is a general template favouring Koovira and TRISHARA VENTURES LLP by clarifying expectations for user feedback and allowing Koovira to moderate problematic reviews. It should be aligned with consumer protection and advertising guidelines in India.
