1. Standards for Helpful Reviews

Reviews should be accurate, relevant and respectful, focusing primarily on the user's experience with the product, service or interaction on Koovira. They should provide sufficient detail to guide other users without disclosing unnecessary personal information.

2. What Reviews Should Avoid

  • off‑topic or spammy content, including promotional material not related to the experience;
  • hate speech, threats, harassment or vulgar language;
  • personal attacks on individuals or disclosure of private information (such as addresses or phone numbers) without consent.

3. Editing and Removing Reviews

Subject to technical feasibility and legal obligations, Koovira may allow users to edit or update their reviews for accuracy and completeness. Koovira may remove, restrict or moderate reviews that violate these Standards or other applicable policies.
