These policies are intended to be read in conjunction with applicable laws of India, including (as amended from time to time) the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as well as any other sector-specific regulations that may apply. 1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Koovira respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users agree not to upload, post, share or otherwise make available any content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

2. Reporting Infringement

Rights holders or their authorised representatives who believe their work has been used on the Platform in a manner that constitutes infringement may submit a written notice to our designated contact (such as support@koovira.com) including, at a minimum:

• identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material on Koovira (such as URLs, listing IDs, screenshots, or other specific references) sufficient for us to locate it;
• contact details of the complainant (name, address, email, phone number);
• a statement that the complainant has a good‑faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, made under an appropriate declaration, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

3. Koovira's Response

Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed and facially valid notice, Koovira may, at its discretion:

• remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• notify the user or Partner who posted the material (where appropriate);
• take additional actions, including warnings, suspensions or termination of accounts, in cases of repeated or egregious violations;
• cooperate with authorities where necessary.
