LEADERSHIP Meet Our Founders Lakshayjeet Shorya Founder & Head Coach Lakshayjeet Shorya is an international rated chess player, mentor, and the founder of WiChess Academy, operating across Mumbai and New Delhi. A former Under-17 National Champion, he recently secured the championship title at the Deep Moves Classical Open and was awarded Best Maharashtra Player at the Pune International.
