Alumni & Invest Network — verified alumni investors and founders on Koovira

Your college, at founder level

The alumni from your college who invest, and the ones who are building.

Two people from the same college, one raising and one writing cheques, usually never find each other — the connection exists on paper and nowhere else.

Who it's for

Alumni & Invest Network — built for every kind of user.

What is in the network

A directory that assembles itself.

You are not asked to fill in another profile. The network is computed from records you already keep — your verified alumni status plus your investor or founder profile. This page is public; the directory itself is members-only, because it lists real people.

Alumni investors directory

Verified alumni who run an investor profile, shown with their firm, investor sub-type, institute, batch year and stated investment thesis.

See who from your own college actually writes cheques.

Alumni founders directory

Verified alumni building companies, with sector, stage, institute, batch year and a short pitch.

Find the people from your institute who are building right now.

Raising signal

A founder actively raising carries a "Raising" badge with the amount, formatted in lakhs and crores.

You can tell who is in the market without asking.

Narrow the whole network to a single institute.

Your college's own investor and founder base, on one screen.

Needs an account

Nothing here is a listing you create. You appear because your alumni status is verified and you already keep an investor or founder profile — and you appear only while that profile is active.

Why people need this in India

Less confusion. More trust. A clear next step.

This network makes it addressable. It reads your verified alumni record together with your investor or founder profile and shows the overlap, so a founder can see who from their own institute actually invests, and an investor can see who from theirs is building.

The warm introduction nobody makes

Shared-institute connections exist but are unaddressable. This makes them searchable.

Cold outreach to strangers

A shared college is a real starting point, and both sides can see it before the first message.

No way to tell who actually invests

Investor profiles carry a firm, a sub-type and a stated thesis rather than a self-declared label.

Founders invisible until they are already funded

A founder with a Startup Passport appears with their sector, stage and whether they are raising.

What you can do

Every use case, in one place.

Founder from a tier-2 college raising a first round

Filters to their own institute and finds alumni investors they had no way of knowing existed.

Angel investor who wants to back their own college

Sees which alumni founders are building, in which sectors, and which are currently raising.

Alumni association

Has a real picture of what its alumni are building and backing, rather than an anecdotal one.

Through Campus Connect: your institute, course, department and batch year, reviewed by a person.

The network reads the two together — there is no third profile to fill in and no application to submit.

Pricing

Free, on both sides.

There is no listing fee, no introduction fee, no success fee and no paid tier. Koovira is not a broker and does not take a position in anything that happens here.

Koovira does not move money, hold funds or broker deals. Match and verification signals are informational only, and nothing on this network is investment advice or an offer of any kind.

Questions

Before you go looking.

Who can use this?

Any Koovira member can open the network. Appearing in it requires a verified alumni role plus an active investor profile or Startup Passport.

Is registration required?

To read this page, no. To open the directory, yes — it lists real people with their institute, batch year and, for founders, what they are raising, so it is kept behind a login rather than published openly.

Is it free?

Yes. No listing fee, no introduction fee, no success fee, no paid tier.

How do I get listed?

You are not listed by applying. Verify your alumni role through Campus Connect and keep an active investor profile or Startup Passport — the network reads the two together and includes you automatically.

How do I get removed?

Deactivate the investor or founder profile that puts you there. The network only shows active profiles.

Does Koovira handle the money?

No, and this matters. Koovira does not move money, hold funds, take a fee or broker deals. It shows you who exists and lets you start a conversation. Everything after that happens between you and them.

Is any of this investment advice?

No. Verification and match signals are informational. Nothing here is advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation of any kind.

What does the "Raising" badge mean?

That a founder has recorded an active raise on their own profile, along with the amount. It reflects what they entered, and Koovira does not verify or endorse the round itself.

Can I see only my own college?

Yes. The institute filter narrows the whole network to one institute.

The alumni from your college who invest, and the ones who are building.
