What every Koovira merchant gets

One company. One desk. However many businesses you run.

These are the tools every merchant gets whatever they sell. The tools specific to your trade — a menu, a fleet, a room inventory, a case list — are on your business type's own page.

One company, many businesses

Activate as many modules as you actually run. Each stays a separate business entity under one company — not separate accounts, separate logins or separate bills.

Run three businesses without running three back offices.

One customer database

Contacts from every module land in a single de-duplicated list matched on phone and email, tagged by module. Import from CSV, Excel, paste or Google contacts.

The buyer is in your contact list, not somebody else's.

Needs an account

Your own website

A site builder with pages, gallery, team, blog, FAQ, reviews and lead forms. Publish on a yourname.koovira.com subdomain, connect your own domain, or export the whole site as a ZIP.

A storefront you can take with you.

Needs an account

One wallet for the money

Every module draws from one company wallet. Invoices, transactions, settlements, ledger and reconciliation are central — there is no per-module payment setup, ever.

Reconciliation stops being a spreadsheet job.

Needs an account

A team with real roles

Add staff, departments and per-module permissions. The owner sees everything; staff see only what you allow, and every module gets its own login code.

Hire someone without handing over the keys.

Needs an account

Verification that shows

Company KYC and per-module review by Koovira. Verified status is a state on your record, not a badge you buy.

Being verified means something because it cannot be bought.

Needs an account

Fourteen business types

Marketplace, jobs, real estate, food, cab, hotels, events, home services, classifieds, freelance, transport, delivery, fitness and legal — each with its own tools and its own page.

You get the desk for your trade, not a generic listing form.

This page is for business owners. If you are here to buy, book or apply for something, each module has its own consumer page — you do not need a merchant account for any of them.

Pricing

Priced per module, shown before you switch it on.

Selling is a module on your one company, not a separate subscription. Anything Koovira charges appears as an activation fee on the module card before you activate it, and recurring plan pricing is shown on your business type's own page, read live from the price table.

Each module you activate

Per moduleactivation fee shown on the module card

You pay for what you switch on, and you see the number before you switch it on.

  • A one-time activation fee where one applies
  • Recurring plan pricing per module where one applies
  • Both shown on your business type's page, read from the live price table
  • Activate only the modules you actually run

Activation being free does not mean the module is free — the two figures are shown separately for exactly that reason.

See your business type

No module integrates its own payment gateway. Money flows through the central Koovira wallet, which is why there is one settlement trail rather than one per module.

Questions

What business owners ask.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes, but under one company. One account owns exactly one company, and you activate as many modules under it as you actually run. Each stays a separate business entity with one login, one customer list and one wallet behind them.

What does it cost?

Creating the company, the profile and the KYC costs nothing. Each module you activate may carry a one-time activation fee and a recurring plan price, both shown before you switch it on — and both read from the live price table rather than typed onto a page.

Do I keep my customers?

Yes, and this is the point of the product. Every order writes into your own customer list and CRM. You can segment it, import to it and market to it.

Do I get my own website?

Yes. A site builder is included — pages, gallery, team, blog, FAQ, reviews and lead forms. Publish it on a Koovira subdomain, connect your own domain, or export the whole thing as a ZIP and host it anywhere.

Can I add staff?

Yes, with real roles. Staff, departments and per-module permissions — the owner sees everything, staff see only what you allow, and each module has its own login code.

How does verification work?

Company KYC plus a per-module review by Koovira. Verified status is a state on your record. It cannot be purchased, which is the only reason it is worth anything.

Do I have to set up payments for each module?

No. Every module draws from one company wallet, and invoices, transactions, settlements and reconciliation are central. No module integrates its own gateway.

Which page should I be reading?

This one covers what every merchant gets. For the tools specific to your trade — a menu, a fleet, a room inventory, a case list — go to your business type's own page. There are fourteen of them.

I am a customer, not a seller. Am I in the wrong place?

Yes, and it is our fault if you ended up here. Every module has its own consumer page and you do not need a merchant account for any of them.

Can I leave and take my data?

Your site can be exported as a ZIP and hosted anywhere, and your customer list is yours. That is a deliberate design choice rather than an oversight.
