Koovira FoodVerse · for restaurant, tiffin or cloud kitchen owners

Your kitchen, your radius, your prices

A live menu you control, delivery radius and timings you set, tiffin and meal plans that finally have somewhere to live, and a real quote flow for bulk orders.

Who this is for: Restaurants, tiffin services, cloud kitchens, home chefs and caterers.

You do not have a company yet. Create it once — then switch on this module and any other you run, all under the same company.

Coming from Zomato and Swiggy?

Four things that go wrong there — and what replaces them

Every answer below names the actual screen in your merchant portal that does it. Nothing here is a plan.

On the delivery apps

The app decides how far you deliver and when you are visible. You find out when orders stop.

You set the delivery radius in kilometres and your service timings yourself, in your own settings screen.

On the delivery apps

Bulk orders, office lunches, hostel meals and party catering do not fit an app built for one biryani.

Bulk food requests come in as enquiries and you send a real quote back, with your own bulk settings.

On the delivery apps

A tiffin service or a home chef has no product to sell — only a restaurant listing that does not fit.

Tiffin, meal plans and home chefs are first-class here, not a restaurant listing bent into shape.

Complaints are handled by the app, refunds are decided for you, and you carry the rating.

Complaints arrive in your own queue and you resolve them, with item-level analytics to see what is actually going wrong.

How it works

Five steps from here to live

The same path for every business type — because it is the same company system underneath.

  1. 1

    Create your company

One account owns exactly one company on Koovira — your legal umbrella, one PAN, one owner. Takes a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Activate this module

From your merchant portal, switch this business on. Each module you activate becomes its own business entity under the same company.

  3. 3

    Fill the business profile

Brand name, address, logo, service area, contact. This is what customers see — you control every field.

  4. 4

    Complete KYC

Documents go to Koovira review. Verified status is what unlocks publishing and shows on your public listing.

  5. 5

    Publish and run it

You go live. From then on the whole business runs from one desk — orders, customers, money, team.

Your tools

What you actually get in the portal

These are screens that exist today in the Koovira merchant portal for this module.

Menu

  • Menu manager Add and edit dishes; prices and availability are yours, live.
  • Tiffin & meal plans Subscription-shaped food, not just single orders.
  • Home chefs Home-kitchen listings under your company.

Orders

  • Order queue Incoming orders with status through delivery — and the everyday situations handled for you: kitchen silent (cancel + full refund at 30 min), item unavailable, no rider, rider stuck, delivered without code; the customer gets one plain e-mail per step.
  • Bulk requests & quotes Party, office and hostel enquiries with a quote you write.
  • Complaints Your queue — a missing item, a late delivery or four silent hours are settled by the system under plain rules; the rest is one tap (refund · part refund · remake · decline). An open complaint holds that order's payout.

Counter

  • POS billing Dine-in tables, KOT, takeaway and counter billing with GST.

Know

  • Item analytics What each dish actually does.
  • Food reports Order and revenue reporting on your own data.
  • Food settings Radius, timings and the rest of the operating rules.

Included with every merchant account

The part that is the same whatever you sell

Central systems, one of each. Not one per module, and never a second bill for the same thing.

One company, many businesses

Activate as many modules as you run. They stay separate business entities under one company — not separate accounts, separate logins or separate bills.

One customer database

Contacts from every module land in a single de-duplicated list matched on phone and email, tagged by module. Import from CSV, Excel, paste or your Google contacts.

Your own website

A site builder with pages, gallery, team, blog, FAQ, reviews and lead forms. Publish on a yourname.koovira.com subdomain, connect your own domain, or export the whole site as a ZIP.

Marketing to your own customers

Reach the buyers you already earned. WhatsApp and email campaigns, a template gallery, offers and poster creative — run off the same contact list every module fills, instead of renting your own customers back from a marketplace.

Money in one wallet

Every module draws from one company wallet. Invoices, transactions, settlements, ledger and reconciliation are central — no per-module payment setup, ever.

A team with real roles

Add staff, departments and per-module permissions. Owner sees everything; staff see only what you allow. Every module gets its own login code.

Verification that shows

Company KYC and per-module review by Koovira. Verified status is a state on your record, not a badge you buy.

What it costs

The number, before you commit

from ₹299 per month to run this module (entry plan)
₹0 one-time activation fee (nothing to pay to switch it on)

Delivery radius, timings and menu prices are yours. Any Koovira charge is the module activation fee shown on the module card. A platform-wide maximum radius set by Koovira admin still applies. The monthly figure shown is the cheapest active paid plan for this module, read live from Koovira’s central membership pricing when this page loads. The activation fee above it is a separate, one-time cost to switch the module on — the two are never the same number, and a ₹0 activation fee does not mean the module itself is free to run.

Create your company once

You do not have a company yet. Create it once — then switch on this module and any other you run, all under the same company.

Run more than one thing?

Add any of these to the same company

Each stays its own business entity with its own profile and its own login code — under one company, one customer list and one wallet.
