Koovira Events · for event organisers

List the event yourself. No curation gate.

Events, ticket types, a seat map, door check-in, refunds and settlement — the whole run of show, self-serve.

Who this is for: Organisers, venues, colleges, promoters, community and cultural groups.

You do not have a company yet. Create it once — then switch on this module and any other you run, all under the same company.

Four things that go wrong there — and what replaces them

Every answer below names the actual screen in your merchant portal that does it. Nothing here is a plan.

On the ticketing platforms

Small and local organisers cannot get listed at all. You need a relationship before you need a product.

You create the event yourself from your organiser desk. There is no gate between you and a listing.

Events · Event editor · Venue

On the ticketing platforms

Ticket money settles weeks later and the statement does not explain itself.

Settlement and refunds are their own screens, on the same central wallet, transactions and invoicing as everything else you run.

On the ticketing platforms

On the day, you are checking names off a printed list at the door.

Attendee records, a seat map and a check-in screen for the door.

On the ticketing platforms

The attendee list is theirs. Next event, you buy the audience you already built.

Attendees become contacts in your own de-duplicated list, and promotions run off it.

How it works

Five steps from here to live

The same path for every business type — because it is the same company system underneath.

  1. 1

    Create your company

One account owns exactly one company on Koovira — your legal umbrella, one PAN, one owner. Takes a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Activate this module

From your merchant portal, switch this business on. Each module you activate becomes its own business entity under the same company.

  3. 3

    Fill the business profile

Brand name, address, logo, service area, contact. This is what customers see — you control every field.

  4. 4

    Complete KYC

Documents go to Koovira review. Verified status is what unlocks publishing and shows on your public listing.

  5. 5

    Publish and run it

You go live. From then on the whole business runs from one desk — orders, customers, money, team.

Your tools

What you actually get in the portal

These are screens that exist today in the Koovira merchant portal for this module.

Create

  • Events & editor The event, its details and its status.
  • Events that need me On the Events list: cancel an event in one tap (every ticket in both stores refunded in full through the buyer's own refund leg, every ticket holder and RSVP told, the organiser never paid for it) or move it (everyone told, 48 hours to cancel a paid ticket). The system reminds ticket holders on the morning (QR, gate window, report within 24 h), closes attendance 6 hours after the end (no-shows recorded), and chases an unanswered problem report — a person is called at 72 hours.
  • Ticket types Tiers, prices and limits you set.
  • Venue & seat map Where it happens and who sits where.

Run the day

  • Attendees Everyone who is coming, as records.
  • Check-in Door handling.
  • Gallery Event media on your listing.

Money

  • Settlement What the event earned and where it is.
  • Refunds Handled by you, recorded.

After

  • Event reports Reporting on your own events.
  • Promotions & voting Push the next one; run audience voting where it fits.

Included with every merchant account

The part that is the same whatever you sell

Central systems, one of each. Not one per module, and never a second bill for the same thing.

One company, many businesses

Activate as many modules as you run. They stay separate business entities under one company — not separate accounts, separate logins or separate bills.

One customer database

Contacts from every module land in a single de-duplicated list matched on phone and email, tagged by module. Import from CSV, Excel, paste or your Google contacts.

Your own website

A site builder with pages, gallery, team, blog, FAQ, reviews and lead forms. Publish on a yourname.koovira.com subdomain, connect your own domain, or export the whole site as a ZIP.

Marketing to your own customers

Reach the buyers you already earned. WhatsApp and email campaigns, a template gallery, offers and poster creative — run off the same contact list every module fills, instead of renting your own customers back from a marketplace.

Money in one wallet

Every module draws from one company wallet. Invoices, transactions, settlements, ledger and reconciliation are central — no per-module payment setup, ever.

A team with real roles

Add staff, departments and per-module permissions. Owner sees everything; staff see only what you allow. Every module gets its own login code.

Verification that shows

Company KYC and per-module review by Koovira. Verified status is a state on your record, not a badge you buy.

What it costs

The number, before you commit

from ₹299 per month to run this module (entry plan)
₹0 one-time activation fee (nothing to pay to switch it on)

You list the event yourself. Any Koovira charge is the module activation fee shown on the module card before you activate. The monthly figure shown is the cheapest active paid plan for this module, read live from Koovira’s central membership pricing when this page loads. The activation fee above it is a separate, one-time cost to switch the module on — the two are never the same number, and a ₹0 activation fee does not mean the module itself is free to run.

Create your company once

You do not have a company yet. Create it once — then switch on this module and any other you run, all under the same company.

Run more than one thing?

Add any of these to the same company

Each stays its own business entity with its own profile and its own login code — under one company, one customer list and one wallet.
