Practical questions, direct answers.

How do I post a load?
Click Post a Load Requirement at the top. Enter pickup PIN, drop PIN, pickup date, cargo type, weight, required vehicle type and any special-handling notes. Submit — we broadcast it to eligible verified transporters and quotations arrive on your dashboard.
How do I find and book a truck?
Post the load, review quotations as they come in on your dashboard, open each quote to see vehicle type, carrier scorecard and shipper trust score. Accept the best fit in one tap — a trip is auto-created and the carrier is notified.
How do freight quotations work?
Multiple transporters quote on the same load. Each quote shows the full breakdown — base, fuel, toll, platform fee. Bid validity, revision limits and expiry are governed by rules you can see on each quote. The lowest price is NOT ranked highest by default — vehicle suitability and performance also count.
How do truck providers receive load opportunities?
Transporters receive matched loads based on route compatibility, vehicle type, available capacity, service area and account status. A 10-km proximity fallback catches nearby opportunities too, but suitability (not proximity alone) decides whom we notify.
How does transporter verification work?
Business papers, PAN/GST, vehicle RC and insurance expiries, driver DL and background-check status are collected during onboarding. We mark a transporter as verified only after each step completes — never pre-emptively.
How does trip tracking and delivery confirmation work?
Every trip has pickup, halt and drop milestones with real road routing on a map. The driver updates status; halts are logged with reason + expense. On delivery, the driver uploads a photo-POD. Where box labels are used, the consignee scans the QR to confirm receipt.
What fees or commissions apply?
The commercial model is configured by Koovira centrally and shown transparently on each quote. We do not add charges at the end of a trip. Payment responsibilities between Koovira, the ROP and the merchant follow the agreement in force for your account.
How are payments, disputes, cancellations and refunds handled?
Payments go through Koovira's wallet and the Koovira central payment gateway (via its standard router). Disputes attach to specific trip deductions and move through a 4-level escalation matrix. Cancellation and refund rules are shown before you commit.
How can users get support?
Role-routed tickets from any dashboard, inbound email at the published support address, in-app chat on the trip timeline, and the Help panel on every page (27 Indian languages supported).
Is my shipment data private?
Yes. Shipment details, KYC documents and contact information are scoped by account. We never expose sensitive internal database structures or unauthorised data. Family-tracking links (where used) show status only — never cargo value or financial data.
