The agreement framework

3-year ROP partnership. Transparent, serious, measurable.

We're building long-term operators, not month-to-month referrers. The 3-year term protects both sides as the territory ramps up.

⚖ Standard ROP terms (indicative — exact wording in the signed agreement)

  • Term: 3 years from the activation date, renewable by mutual agreement.
  • Exclusive territory: One ROP per assigned state (except metros, where sub-territories may apply).
  • Setup period: First 90 days are onboarding + ramp — includes platform training, team seat provisioning, CRM import, first-mile shipper & carrier acquisition targets.
  • Service standards: 30-min bid-acceptance SLA, 4-level escalation matrix, DPDP + security compliance per Koovira standard.
  • Operational scope: Trucking marketplace + optional add-ons (Movers & Packers, Hyperlocal, Courier Network — enabled per territory).
  • Commercial model: Discussed privately with each applicant — commission share, minimum commitments, growth incentives. No public pricing.
  • Exit: Standard early-termination clauses, data-handover protocol, non-compete window within the territory.

This is a serious commercial relationship. We don't publish rates publicly because the right structure depends on the territory, your existing operations and the services you want to run. What ROP candidates usually ask.

Why doesn't the page list a price?
Commercial structure depends on the state, your existing operations, the services you want to run (trucking only, or trucking + movers / hyperlocal / courier) and the ramp plan. Published rates would be either misleading or wrong. We discuss commercials after a shortlist call.
Why 3 years?
Territory liquidity takes 12–18 months to reach steady-state. A 3-year term lets both sides invest in genuine growth rather than optimising for the first quarter.
Do I need to buy inventory or equipment?
No inventory. You need a working office / small team, laptops / phones, and operational capital for the first 90 days (shipper acquisition, team salaries, local marketing). The Koovira platform, driver app, admin console, APIs and payment infrastructure are included.
Can I operate more than one state?
Yes, after proving the first territory. We open neighbouring states based on your performance in the first 6 months.
What if my state is already assigned?
You can apply for a sub-territory (metro / district) or for a related service (Movers & Packers, Hyperlocal). We also keep a waitlist in case an assigned ROP's agreement is not renewed.
Who do you choose first?
Applicants with existing logistics / fleet / distribution operations, a working team, and committed capital for the first 90 days. We also weigh regional distribution relationships, local reputation and alignment with Koovira's standards.
How soon will I hear back?
Within 3 business days from the Koovira commercial team. Shortlisted applicants go to a 30-minute call, then a discovery meeting, then term sheet.
