Property search and credibility

Search property with cleaner signals than random listings.

Indian real estate search is full of duplicate listings, outdated prices, fake photos, unclear ownership and broker noise. Koovira connects property search with verified sellers, negotiations, awards, locality context and reputation signals.

❓ Questions? Answers.

Do I need an account to search?

No. Search and full property detail pages are public. Contacting an owner, negotiating, shortlisting, scheduling a visit or raising a dispute all need a free account.

Does it cost anything?

Not for buyers, tenants or owners. Searching, enquiring, negotiating and even posting your own property are all free. Brokers and developers pay a per-lead fee to unlock an enquiry's contact details.

What does "verified" on a listing actually mean?

It means a Koovira administrator has flagged that listing, and the flag also lifts it in search ranking. It does not mean an automated ownership, title or RERA check has been run β€” no such check exists. Koovira may ask for ownership documents but is not obliged to independently verify all of them, and the real-estate policy says plainly that not every property or transaction is verified.

Is Koovira a broker?

No. Koovira is a digital intermediary. It does not act as a broker or a developer and is not a party to your transaction.

What happens when I contact an owner?

The owner receives your message, your phone number and your email β€” those are the fields recorded on the enquiry. It is worth knowing before you send one.

Why do I have to solve a captcha to make an offer?

Because otherwise listings fill with automated lowball offers. Starting a negotiation needs a server-issued token that expires after fifteen minutes.

Is my offer recorded?

Yes. Every offer and counter-offer is stored with a round count, a maximum number of rounds and an expiry, visible to both sides.

Somebody listed my property. What can I do?

Claim it. There is a KYC claim flow for exactly this, and there is also a formal dispute type for ownership disputes.

How do disputes work?

You file one with a type, subject, description, priority and the other party. It is given a reference number and a status, and goes into a resolution queue.

Does posting a property cost me anything?

No. Unlike classifieds, real-estate posting has no credit gate and no monthly quota β€” the publish action carries no charge at all. It does require a phone OTP before it goes live.
