16) E-commerce Seller Policy

E-commerce Seller Policy

16.1 Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide valid business identity (GST where applicable), banking information, and contact details. Koovira may require KYC and verification.

16.2 Product Compliance

Sellers are responsible for product legality, labelling, warranties, MRP compliance, and consumer law obligations.

16.3 Shipping and Returns

Sellers must follow stated shipping timelines and return/replacement obligations.

16.4 Settlements

Settlement cycles, commissions, and deductions (refunds, chargebacks) will be applied as per the Payment & Wallet Policy and seller dashboards.
