You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Koovira a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and create necessary technical copies to operate the Platform.

21.2 IP Infringement Complaints

If you believe content infringes your IP rights under the Copyright Act, 1957, email: infoadmin@koovira.com with:

  • Identification of the work and infringing URL/content.
  • Proof of ownership/authority.
  • Your contact details and a good-faith statement.

We may remove content and may suspend repeat infringers.
