We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Typical retention
- Account data — while your account is active, and for a limited period after closure to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution needs.
- Transaction & invoice records — retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law.
- Safety & moderation records — retained as needed to protect users and meet legal obligations.
- Logs & sessions — retained for a short operational window for security and troubleshooting.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must lawfully retain. Some data may persist in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
