Payment & Wallet Policy

7.1 Payment Gateway

Payments may be processed via authorised payment gateways. We do not store complete card details on our servers; the gateway handles sensitive payment data.

7.2 Koovira Wallet (If Enabled)

  • Koovira Wallet is a closed-loop credits wallet that stores Kpoints (“Credits”). Credits are not money, are non-transferable, and are usable only within Koovira for eligible purchases, features, and services displayed on the Platform.
  • Money collected through any payment method is received and settled only to the Company’s bank account through authorised payment gateway infrastructure. Koovira Wallet does not store user “₹ balance”.
  • Credits have no cash value, do not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred peer-to-peer, and cannot be redeemed outside the Platform. Any reference to a numeric value of Credits is for internal accounting of service usage/benefits and shall not be construed as a claim of equivalence to fiat currency.
  • Credits may be issued as: (a) promotional benefits; (b) reward credits; (c) bonuses; and/or (d) access/consumption tokens for Platform features, subject to eligibility, caps, expiry, fraud checks, and additional terms displayed at the time of issuance.
  • Koovira may delay, reverse, or forfeit Credits in case of suspected abuse, refunds/chargebacks, policy violations, duplicate/fraudulent payments, or legal requirements.

7.3 Refund Routing

Refunds may be routed to original payment method or to Wallet where permitted and disclosed.

7.4 Escrow and Settlement (Where Applicable)

For certain modules (e.g., classifieds escrow, cab settlements), Koovira may temporarily hold amounts and release them subject to conditions disclosed in the module policy.

7.5 Taxes

GST invoices/receipts will be issued where applicable and as per the entity responsible for supply.
