19.1 Moderation Overview

Koovira uses a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce policies. Moderation may include removing content, restricting features, or suspending accounts.

19.2 Reporting

Users can report content/profiles/listings. Reports are prioritised by severity (child safety, threats, fraud, sexual exploitation, etc.).

19.3 Compliance with Intermediary Rules (2021)

Koovira will comply with applicable requirements including notice-and-action, removal/disablement workflows, and grievance redressal.
