Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 General

Refund/cancellation eligibility depends on the module, product type, seller/service provider policies, and applicable Indian consumer laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

4.2 Digital Goods / Services

Digital services (e.g., promotions, featured listings, subscription features) may be non-refundable once delivered or activated, unless required by law or explicitly stated.

4.3 Booking Cancellations (Cab/Hotel/Events)

Cancellations may attract fees based on time-to-service, provider policy, and gateway charges. Module-specific terms apply.

4.4 Payment Failures

If a payment is debited but order/booking fails, refunds are typically initiated to the original method within 5–10 business days (gateway/bank dependent).

4.5 Chargebacks / Disputes

Chargebacks are handled through the payment gateway/bank process. We may require supporting documents and may suspend accounts for fraud/abuse.
