Return/replacement windows, accepted reasons, and condition requirements (unused, tags intact, packaging) are shown on the product page or at checkout.
Certain items may be non-returnable (perishable goods, intimate items, custom items, digital goods) as per category rules and disclosures.
Refunds may be processed to original payment method and/or Koovira Wallet credits as disclosed during the return process.
