Search the Directory by name and city. Every listing page shows what Koovira currently has on file for it.
Start the claim
On the listing page, "Is this your business?" opens a quick human-check, then the claim form.
Confirm you're the owner
Submit your contact details and identity/business documents through the same KYC step every merchant goes through.
Get verified
Once approved, the listing becomes yours: verified badge, your own business profile, and reviews already on the listing stay attached.
Questions & Answers
Does it cost anything to claim my listing?
No. There is no fee to claim a listing and no fee in the KYC review that follows. It costs nothing to find out whether your business already has a listing, and nothing to claim it.
How do I know if my business is already listed?
Search the Directory by your business name and city. If a profile with your details comes up marked "Unclaimed", that is a public listing nobody owns yet.
What do I need to claim it?
A free Koovira account, and then the same identity/business KYC step every Koovira merchant completes — contact details and supporting documents, reviewed before approval.
What actually changes once it is approved?
The listing badge changes from "Unclaimed" to verified, you get a real merchant business profile you can edit, you can reply to reviews on it, and its existing categories and reviews carry over rather than resetting.
Can someone else claim my business before I do?
A claim only becomes a real business profile after Koovira reviews the submitted contact details and documents — a claim is not automatically approved. Claiming it yourself as soon as you find it is still the safest way to make sure the right person ends up owning it.
What if my listing has the wrong information?
That is exactly what claiming fixes — an unclaimed listing carries whatever public information Koovira compiled, and only the verified owner can correct it, once claimed.
Is claiming the same as becoming a Koovira merchant?
Yes — approval mints or links a real Koovira company for you. From there you use the same merchant console, wallet and business tools as any other business type on Koovira.
