Already listed, or brand new?
If your business is already on Koovira, claim the existing listing — this avoids duplicate profiles. Not listed yet? Create a new business profile, pick your module and complete verification.
Who can claim?
The owner, an authorized manager, a company representative, a franchise operator or a partner officially allowed to manage the listing.
Documents you can submit
Category-wise — not every document is needed for every business:
- GST certificate or Udyam registration
- Shop Act / trade license or business PAN
- Company incorporation certificate
- Category licenses where applicable (FSSAI, hotel registration, RERA)
- Domain email, utility bill, rent agreement or ownership proof
- Authorization letter + owner mobile OTP
What happens after you submit?
Koovira reviews your proof, compares business details, checks duplicate claims and verifies contact information — then approves, rejects or asks for a little more.
Someone else claimed your business?
Don't worry — conflicting claims trigger extra checks: additional proof, authorization letters, domain email verification, phone verification, location proof or manual review before anyone gets ownership.

Depending on your module: business details, photos, services, products, menu, property listings, rooms, jobs, offers, website builder, customer enquiries, CRM and review responses.
