Koovira is India's local verified network — one account that brings together your social, professional and everyday needs: connecting with people and businesses nearby, finding and offering services, shopping, jobs, and campus life. It is built around verification, honest reviews and reputation scoring so you can deal with people and businesses more confidently.
Yes — creating an account and exploring Koovira is free. Some premium tools and business features may have their own charges, and these are always shown clearly before you pay. You are never charged just to sign up or browse.
Koovira gives you distinct spaces for different sides of your life — a Social profile for community and everyday activity, a Professional profile for work, business and hiring, and a Dating profile if you choose to use it. Each one is kept separate in public visibility and interactions, so your work contacts and your personal life do not automatically mix.
You can join and explore with a basic verified account. Verification becomes important when accountability matters more — for example when you sell as a merchant, handle payments, or take part in certain programs. Completing verification raises your verification standing and unlocks features that involve money or accountability.
Your Dating activity is kept separate in public visibility and interactions from your Social and Professional profiles. It is not shown to your work network, and you control who you connect with. We also apply safety checks and reporting tools so you can flag anything that feels wrong.
For eligible orders, your payment is held safely by Koovira instead of going straight to the seller. The seller ships or completes the work, and the amount is released to them once the order is confirmed or the agreed conditions are met. This gives both sides protection if something goes wrong.
If an order is cancelled or eligible for a refund, the amount is returned to your Koovira wallet or original payment method, depending on how you paid. Refunds can take a little time to reflect. If a refund is not visible after a reasonable wait, raise a support ticket with your order ID and payment ID and our team will reconcile it.
Switch to your Professional profile and start the merchant setup. You add your business details, complete verification and KYC, then list your products or services. Once approved, you can receive orders, manage delivery, use the CRM and even build a simple website — all from one place.
Campus Connect links students with their institute community — events, clubs, campus jobs and internships. Sign in with your Professional or student profile, find your institute, and request to join. Once your institute connection is confirmed, campus activity opens up for you.
YEP (Young Entrepreneur Program) helps students and early founders build and grow a real venture with tools, guidance and exposure. ROP (Regional Outreach Partner) is for partners who want to represent Koovira in their territory and share in the growth. You can apply from the respective program pages; each has its own review and terms.

Do not retry repeatedly. Capture the module reference and Credit Transaction id. If you were adding KooviraCredit, also capture the UPI/card top-up reference. Raise a ticket if Koovira Credits debit, escrow/hold status, and module status do not match.
Steps: save reference → check Koovira Credits transactions → check payments master → avoid duplicate action → raise billing ticket
