CareerLab collects profile, education, activity and consent data to run the program. It is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 on the lawful basis of the consent you give at enrolment (the accepted terms version and timestamp are recorded). You can exercise your rights — access, correction, nomination, erasure and grievance — through the Koovira Privacy Center, and data is retained only as long as needed to run the program, verify certificates and meet legal/tax obligations.
