CareerLab uses a recommendation engine over an admin-approved task template library. Your profile (education, specialization, skills, career interest, level, location and previous performance) drives which templates you get. The platform may personalise context — city, business category, dataset, difficulty, numbers, deadline — but it cannot create arbitrary tasks outside the approved library. Difficulty adapts to your performance.
