Whether a benefit applies, and its exact amount, is what is shown on the program page when you enrol, and it is activated per program by Koovira. Benefits can be added, changed or withdrawn, are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value, and TheGym access is provisioned through the central Koovira membership system.
