How it works
Four or five steps, and what each one actually does.

- Sign in and submitYour requirement is saved against your Koovira account with its own booking code.
- Receive responsesTransport partners respond to your open requirement; you compare and confirm.
- Track the bookingFollow the confirmed booking through the trucking workspace.

Answered plainly, including the things Koovira does not do.
Do I need an account to post a transport requirement?
You can enter the whole requirement without an account. A Koovira account is needed at the point of submitting it, so the requirement has an owner, a booking code and a place for carrier responses to arrive.
Will I see prices straight away?
No. Koovira does not publish a rate card. You post the requirement and transport partners respond to it; you compare what comes back.
Who can see my requirement?
Transport partners on Koovira see the route and cargo of open requirements so they can respond. Your contact details follow the platform access rules.
I own trucks. Where do I start?
Use "Join as merchant". Drivers have their own onboarding and are not registered as merchants.
