How to Use:
Add 1 measure of the Rava Idli Mix to 1 measure of sour curd to form the batter. Let it set aside for 1 minute.
Add another measure of sour curd and mix well. Optionally, you can add finely chopped coriander leaves to the batter.
Steam the batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high heat. Serve hot with sambar, chutney, or curry.
