Koovira Customer Trust Network

Check before you trust. Indian sellers lose real money to fake orders, COD refusals and return abuse. KCEN lets merchants record what actually happened — with evidence, reviewed by a person — so the next seller is not guessing.

Check a customer

Every check is recorded with the reason you gave. Checking is for deciding on an order in front of you, not for looking people up.

Answers go to identified businesses only. That is what stops the network being used to walk through phone numbers in bulk. Create a free reporting account

Report a customer

Fake orders, repeated COD refusals, return and refund abuse, deliberate losses. Any seller can report — you do not need a Koovira account.

How KCEN works

  1. A merchant records what happened — their own transaction, with the order reference, the date, and evidence such as the invoice or the carrier's proof of delivery.
  2. A person reviews it. Nothing a reporter writes affects anybody until a Koovira reviewer has checked the evidence. Categories that allege dishonesty are always reviewed individually and can never be auto-approved.
  3. The customer can contest it. They can ask what is held about them, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be removed — and an open dispute takes the record out of every signal immediately, before anyone decides who is right.
  4. Another merchant gets a signal, not a dossier. A risk indication with its reasons and limits. Never a name, an address, an order, or another merchant's records.
  5. Records expire. Each category has its own retention period; nothing is kept for ever.

The network currently holds 0 reviewed incidents from 0 reports filed by 0 participating businesses.

If you are a customer

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it removed — and you do not need an account to ask. The page deliberately does not tell you whether a record exists, because otherwise anyone could use it to look you up.
